Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at minebethyvers.customer@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy on Costs:

Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and import tax; The tax fee will be deducted from the refund based on the actual amount paid. For international returns the cost of returning an item is at the customer's own expense. We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure to mark any returned items as 'returned goods' on customs or postal forms. Failure to do so may delay the issue of any refund due and can result in the shipment being returned to us.

Tax: Customers are responsible for any potential tariffs or customs duties. Any duties incurred by incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund due. Likewise, should you refuse the delivery of an order, any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
